Ansiona is a painter exploring the intersections of feminine identity, visceral pain, and historical memory. Her practice moves between lived experience and collective narrative, forming distinct bodies of work that challenge the silence of the female psyche.​

 

Working with acrylic and mixed media, she constructs visual worlds shaped by tension between strength and fragility, order and rupture. Her work does not aim to comfort, but to remain honest.

 

Having developed her artistic practice and exhibited in Cape Town, South Africa, she has now returned to Europe to further expand her work.
